Shipping Policy

Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. On occasion we may offer international delivery at an additional cost, Please contact before placing the international order to see if we can accomidate.

Shipping costs are estimated by our shipping company.

YDQ is located in Meyerton, Gauteng South Africa. For Local Pickup orders of a 5% discount will be applied at checkout for specific items, not all items are eligible for this discount.

Shipping Times: Please allow 2-7 business days for items to be packaged and shipped. Some items may take longer if additional packaging needs to be purchased.

Return & Exchange Policy

There are no refunds, exchanges or warranties with YDQ Homeware. All sales are final. Please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing an order. These items are one of a kind and delicate so handle carefully. We are not responsible for damage caused by shippers or customer.

Damages and issues

If the package your item(s) arrived in is damaged, please ensure you take photos/videos prior to opening. We need this evidence to make a claim with the shipping company.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible via the contact page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
